The commission charge can vary depending on the deal made with the individual restaurant between 0% to 15%, however we guarantee that our fee + GrubHub/DoorDash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies

That has never happened before however if it does happen, our company will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is because of our driver then we will cover 100% of the food cost. Our competitors only cover 70%.
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as the restaurant does. Our driver will be dispatched within minutes of receiving the order and at the restaurant to pick up the food when ready.
