How long have you been in business?

We have been in the restaurant industry over 30 years, started food delivery business in 2013, we have been in business for 12 years.

How does the ordering process work?

Your customer's will continue to order via your website or third party platform. Everything is fully automated, hands-free, synced with your Dashboard.Whether ordering via traditional website, social media, or Google, Great Food Delivery has a quick and enjoyable ordering option for any type of customer out there. Great Food Delivery helps restaurants convert direct orders up to 10X higher than before, simply due to the fact that ordering from GFD can originate from website orders, Facebook messenger, Instagram, Google, and much more to come in the near future.

GFD also captures the customer data for the restaurant for full ownership, while retargeting those customers directly for abandoned carts in order to win back lost revenue more than ever before.In short, GFD helps restaurants own and control their online ordering and customer relationships, while converting customers in social media and other channels to provide convenience and maximize orders.

What is the commission % you charge the restaurant?

The commission charge can vary depending on the deal made with the individual restaurant between 0% to 15%, however we guarantee that our fee + GrubHub/DoorDash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies

Do you have enough drivers?

We have 1000's of drivers in every major city in the United States. You’ll no longer be at the mercy of a single provider. You’re protecting your margins while saying goodbye to paying 30% commission per delivery order!

What if your driver never shows up?

That has never happened before however if it does happen, our company will cover the food cost and also will give credit to the customer for the same amount.

What if the food is delivered late?

If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, the restaurant will receive a cancellation email with the reason why the food is cancelled. If the reason is because of our driver then we will cover 100% of the food cost. Our competitors only cover 70%.

Does the restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?

No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order the same time as the restaurant does. Our driver will be dispatched within minutes of receiving the order and at the restaurant to pick up the food when ready.
